Cannot Delete File from Recycle Bin

1. In Windows Explorer, choose Tools - Folder Options, then the View tab. Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files". So, you'll see all the folders and files from your system, including Recycler folders. 2. Right-click Recycle Bin icon, choose Properties, and then check "Do not move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted." 3. Now, search for all the Recycler folders on all your HDDs and partitions. Where you see those stubborn files or folders, use Unlocker on them, and choose, as action, "delete". They're gonna vanish for good. 4. Go back to the Recycle Bin properties and uncheck "Do not move files..." Later, you might want to restore some deleted stuff. 5. Reverse changes made at step 1 and check "Hide protected...". It's safer.
